You can become a part of our mentor family in a few steps. Simply signup and submit your basic details, examination details, joining letter, and salary slip. We’ll verify the details provided by you. Once approved, you can sign in to your account and start your mentorship career. Yipee! In case, you are struck or facing any issues regarding the onboarding process. Feel free to contact our support team.
You can log in to Dashboard once your profile is verified by our team. Go to Dashboard and create available slots for mentorship programs according to your availability. Based on your educational background, relevant candidates can connect with you to take your mentorship services.
Mentorship is a rewarding career. It allows you to share your subject knowledge and experience with students. In turn, you’ll get remunerations based on the number of sessions you take part in. Payment will be processed 24 hours after the session timing. For example, if you take a session today at 08:00 PM, your payment will be processed tomorrow at 08:00 PM.
At MakeManya, mentors can remotely connect with students, and as per availability, they can take multiple mentorship sessions in a day. Simply by sharing their knowledge with candidates mentors can earn additional remuneration. In addition, as a mentor with MakeManya, we make sure that you make the most out of your time- by making it easier for candidates to find and connect with you.
Mentors and mentees, both are bound to guidelines that must be followed to maintain the sanctity of the platform. In the case of mentors, they should have a clear agenda for meetings, show compassion towards mentees, stay focused on mentees' issues, suggest actionable tips, etc. Last but not least, always keep in mind that any use of profanity is strictly prohibited, and may lead to service termination.
